Hotel Booking Guidelines & Terms & Conditions:
Single Occupancy: Only One-person can stay; Double Occupancy: Only two people can stay. Standard Check-in time at the Hotels is 2 pm (1400 hours) IST and standard checkout time is 12 noon (1200 hours) IST. In case you are arriving early, room has to be booked from the previous nights for immediate occupancy.
- The Government reserves the rights to revise the taxes. The same shall be applicable.
- Rooms will be confirmed only against 100% advance payment.
- Early check in and late checkout is subject to availability and additional charges will be applicable.
- Any other personal expenses such as telephone calls, food & beverage bills, room service and use of mini bar should be paid by the guest directly to the hotel at the time of check out.
- Hotels once booked will be non-refundable. Post confirmation of the hotel booking, 100% retention charges will be applicable for any cancellation received. Name change is possible until 15 days before the check in.
